A facelift can reduce drooping skin and tighten the neck and face so that these areas appear firmer and more consistent with a "non-tired" and youthful appearance. Dr. Spinelli will perform your facelift by placing incisions in your hairline and in other inconspicuous areas.

Eyelid Surgery/Blepharoplasty
The eyes are considered by most to be the point of focus of the face. Bags around the eyes, wrinkles, and redundant skin on the eyelids, as well as drooping eyebrows can create a tired and sad facial appearance. Cosmetic eyelid surgery can be performed on an outpatient basis.


Nasal/Rhinoplasty
Nasal reshaping may contribute greatly to overall appearance, facial balance and harmony, as well as to self confidence. Dr. Spinelli corrects congenitally unacceptable noses (wide, humped, etc.), as well as those that are deformed by accidents or previously unacceptable surgical results obtained elsewhere.

Ear Surgery/Otoplasty
Dr. Spinelli can reduce and/or position ears closer to one's head. In many cases, normal delicate folds of the external ear are absent and contribute to an unacceptable appearance. These normal and natural folds can be created along with other ear procedures on an outpatient basis, usually with dramatic improvement for his patients.
